Welcome to Fantasy Sports Tool Suite. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Fantasy Sports Tool Suite provides fantasy baseball analysis tools including ADP tracking, draft prediction, position scarcity analysis, and related features. Our data is sourced from NFBC (National Fantasy Baseball Championship) and other public sources.
2. Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features (excluding CSV exports). No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial expires, continued access requires a paid subscription.
4. Subscription and Billing
Pricing: Pro subscriptions are available at $19.99/month or $199.99/year. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
- Resell or redistribute our data or services
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Fantasy Sports Tool Suite are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Data and Content
ADP data displayed on our platform is sourced from NFBC and is provided for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NFBC. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or timeliness of the data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Sports Tool Suite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
